Fri, 5 September 2008 ![]() On October 22, DC will publish 'Joker' a 128-page graphic novel written by Brian Azzarello and illustrated by Lee Bermejo (the guys behind 'Lex Luthor: Man of Steel'). Says Azzarello: It’s a brutal book. I have a reputation for writing all kinds of hardcore, violent things. This is the most violent thing I’ve ever written. Mon, 26 May 2008 ![]() The New York Times reported that Warner Brothers is planning three DVD releases connected with the March 2009 release of "The Watchmen." The first DVD, "Tales of the Black Freighter," based on a subplot in the graphic novel, will be released 5 days after the theatrical release of "The Watchmen." The second DVD release will come a few months later with the release of the theatrical film's disc.
